Channel games are currently in beta testing on Discord. The Games Lab server now provides access to channel games. However, there is a solution that allows you to play channel games on any Discord server without delay.

Play Discord Channel Games
- Join the Games Lab official Discord server by clicking the invite link. The Discord app will launch automatically if you open the link in a browser window. You may alternatively continue in the web-based version of Discord.
- Please read the server rules and agree to them now. To join the Games Lab’s Discord server, just hit the “Submit” button.
- To start a new game on the server, enter a voice channel room and click the rocket icon found between the video and screen share icons.
- From the list provided, choose the game you want to play. If you’re going to watch videos on YouTube with your friends in Discord, you may do it with the help of the YouTube Watch Together integration.
- pick a Channel on Discord. To continue, click the “Authorize” button to give the app permission to access your information.
- Instantly, Discord will transport you to the active game session. To begin playing, select “Start” from the menu.
- You can now open the game and start playing it, as shown below. Additionally, you can invite friends to join you in the fun if you’d like to play with a group.
- Click the “Invite To Activity” button (located in the game’s Discord channel’s bottom-left corner) to invite your friends to join in the fun.
- Find friends you know on Discord and quickly send them an invite to the game. Optionally, you can also copy the 7-day-only activity invite link. However, please be aware that the Discord Games Lab server has hit its current activity invite cap.

When a game session opens in Discord, head to the server’s voice channels. You can then join the channel game by hovering over the voice channel and clicking the “Join Activity” button that appears.

- To begin, visit the Activities bot’s server invite page and click the “Authorize” button to add the bot.
